3D digital microscopes (Keyence VHX600 and VHX7000)

With the two digital microscopes VHX-600 and VHX7000 from Keyence, all functions – from pure observation to 3D display – are possible in a single device.

Due to the much greater depth of field compared to optical microscopes, even objects with large differences in height can be viewed clearly with digital microscopes.

With the new VHX-600 microscope from Keyence, all functions – from pure observation to 3D display – are possible in a single device. Due to the much higher depth of field compared to optical microscopes, even objects with large height differences can be viewed clearly with the VHX-600. The microscope is equipped with a high-resolution CCD element with 54 million pixels. The extremely high image resolution (15 frames / s) ensures a continuous change of the magnification factor and the focus setting.
The lens unit can either be handheld or mounted on a tripod. In both cases, unrestricted examination of the specimen is possible from any viewing angle.
Since the VHX-600 stores both moving and still images, changes or minute movements on an object can be captured in time.
Through simple mouse operations, the VHX-600 enables real-time measurements of distance, radius, angle, and area of a target on the monitor.
