data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The hydraulic long-stroke test rig (&#8220;HyLaHub&#8221;) is a linear oscillating test rig for investigating the friction and stick-slip behavior of rod seals from hydraulic cylinders on piston rods with different coatings and surface topographies.<\/p>\n<p>The seal to be tested is placed in the pressure chamber together with a wiper and a guide band (&#8220;seal package&#8221;).<br \/>\nDuring the test, the pressure chamber is moved relative to the fixed piston rod.<br \/>\nA second spindle is used to apply a torque from the pressure chamber to the piston rod to simulate lateral forces on the seal pack.<br \/>\nPressure is generated via a pressure relief valve downstream of the pressure chamber.<br \/>\nA radial piston pump ensures the oil supply.<br \/>\nThe temperature of the hydraulic oil is controlled via a thermostat.     <\/p>\n<p>The HyLaHub can be used to investigate the operating behavior of rod seals on piston rods as a function of pressure, speed, temperature and lateral force.<br \/>\nIn addition to stick-slip tests, long-term or service life tests
