mechanical engineering and vehicle construction, requires reliable measuring equipment, since even small gear errors, can often cause significant running problems in the gear.<\/p>\n<p>The PFS 600 testing device from Klingelnberg, which is of column design, allows the involute and tooth chamfer of a wheel to be tested in one operation, with the same clamping. A measuring tip is guided over the tooth flank by means of the motor drive of the measuring and workpiece slides.
